
In a poignant display of compassion and solidarity, priests and religious of the Diocese of Buea, Cameroon, visited the victims of the devastating Likumba car accident on December 13, 2025. The delegation, led by Father Gaston Muh, Parish Priest of Saint Dominic Parish, Munyenge, included a group of religious who came to express their support and prayers to the bereaved families, the injured, and all those affected by the tragic incident.
The accident, which occurred on Friday, December 12, claimed the lives of over 10 individuals, leaving many more injured and causing significant material damage. During their visit to the Bingo Annex Hospital in Mutengene, where some of the injured were receiving treatment, Father Muh and the religious expressed their desire for continuous support and prayers for the victims and their families.

In a heartfelt message, Father Muh urged the victims, their families, and all those affected by the accident to remain steadfast in their faith and to continue serving God with determination and devotion. The priest and the religious prayed for the victims, asking for God’s comfort, healing, and peace to descend upon them.
