Marking a significant step in the Diocese’s commitment to community development, Bishop Michael Bibi visited All Saints Parish, Mutengene, on April 19, 2026, to inspect the rising REPAFIN building. This two-story landmark is designed to be a cornerstone of local infrastructure, integrating a new branch of Regina Pacis Finance with a series of commercial stores to foster a modern environment for trade and banking.

The vision behind the project is to bridge the gap between financial services and the public, transforming the site into a bustling business hub. By positioning the bank within easy reach of the community and offering retail spaces for entrepreneurs, the Diocese aims to stimulate local commerce while securing a sustainable revenue stream to fund its various social and religious missions.

Currently, the construction is advancing steadily, with the first floor taking shape as workers raise the block walls. Although the project remains in its mid-stages with a substantial amount of work left to complete, the consistent progress reflects a dedicated effort to deliver a facility that will enhance the economic landscape of Mutengene for years to come.
