
Pilgrims of Buea Diocese from Vatican City meet Lord Bishop, express feelings of gratitude.
On November 4, 2025, pilgrims from the Diocese of Buea paid a heartfelt visit to their Chief Shepherd, Bishop Michael Bibi, at the Regina Pacis Cathedral. The christians, who had embarked on the spiritual journey to Vatican City, organized by the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon (NECC), came to express their deepest gratitude to the prelate for the life-changing experience.
With evident joy and emotion, the pilgrims shared their experiences with Bishop Bibi, recounting their visits to revered sites such as the Basilicas of Saint Clare, Saint Francis, Saint Rita of Cascia, and Saint Marie of Angels. They also spoke of the profound impact of witnessing the Eucharistic Miracle of Lanciano and the San Giovanni Rotondo Sanctuary of the Apparition of Archangel Michael.

PILGRIMS OFFERING GIFT TO BISHOP
The pilgrims described their journey as a profound renewal of their Christian purpose, marked by spiritual joy and a deep sense of communion with the Church. They testified that the experience had strengthened their faith and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to witness the universality and richness of the Catholic Church.
Beyond the spiritual experiences, the pilgrims also appreciated the warm hospitality of the Italian people and the cultural differences they encountered during their trip. They expressed their sincere gratitude to Bishop Bibi for supporting their journey, which they said had been a truly enriching experience.The pilgrims appreciated and acknowledged the leaders and support of the prelate in their spiritual growth.
