Bishop Michael Bibi visits Directorate of Communication Building project.
With construction advancing steadily, the Diocese of Buea moved a step closer to unifying its media and communication organs. Today 19th May 2026, Bishop Michael Bibi visited the Directorate of Communication 
building under construction.His visit was both a source of encouragement for the workers and an inspection of the project’s progress.
The 3-storey modern edifice is designed to bring together all departments under the Directorate of Communication. It will house DMRTV, the printing press, the bookshop, Panorama, and the office of the Directorate itself.By uniting these arms under one roof, the building aims to foster greater collaboration, streamline operations, and amplify the reach of the Church’s message.
During the visit, Bishop Bibi met with the workers and commended them for their dedication and excellent service. The structure has currently reached the plastering stage. Once completed, the facility is expected to enhance synergy among the Diocese’s communication units and significantly improve the quality of services delivered to the faithful.
