Bishop Bibi Assesses Readiness of Bishop Rogan Minor Seminary Ahead of New Academic Year
The Chief Shepherd of the Diocese of Buea and Proprietor of Catholic schools in the Diocese, Bishop Michael Bibi, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, visited Bishop Rogan College Minor Seminary in Small Soppo, Buea, as part of preparations for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The visit focused on assessing the state of the institution and the progress of ongoing infrastructural and renovation projects. Accompanied by the Rector, Rev. Fr. Joseph Ngome, Bishop Bibi toured various sections of the college, where he inspected the works currently underway.

The inspection enabled the Bishop to evaluate the institution’s preparedness to receive students for the new academic year, while taking stock of ongoing initiatives aimed at upgrading the college’s facilities and providing a more suitable environment for learning, spiritual growth and formation.
