
NEWLY ELECTED PTA EXECUTIVE OF REGINA PACIS COLLEGE MUTENGENE PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO BISHOP MICHAEL BIBI
Today, Thursday , 7th May 2026, the newly elected Executive Committee members of the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) of Regina Pacis College (REPACOL), Mutengene, paid a courtesy visit to the Bishop of Buea, His Lordship Michael Bibi, at the Bishop’s House, Small Soppo.

Bishop Michael Bibi, as Chief Shepherd of the Diocese of Buea, is the Proprietor of all Catholic educational institutions within the Diocese. The visit served to formally present the new PTA Executive to the Proprietor, to seek his episcopal blessings, and to reaffirm the Association’s commitment to collaborate with the Diocesan Education Secretariat for the integral growth of the College.

The Parents-Teachers Association is a statutory body charged with fostering collaboration between parents and staff to promote the academic, moral, and infrastructural wellbeing of the school and its students. Regina Pacis College, Mutengene, is a co-educational Catholic institution committed to forming young men and women in knowledge, faith, and discipline.
During the audience, His Lordship commended the Executive for their willingness to serve and reminded them that Catholic education is a sacred mission of the Church. He urged them to work in synergy with the College Administration, to uphold the Catholic identity of REPACOL, and to place the holistic formation of the students at the center of all initiatives.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, the PTA vice principal of REPACOL Mr Tanjua Willibroad expressed gratitude to the Bishop for his continuous fatherly support to Catholic schools in the Diocese. He pledged the Executive’s readiness to support the vision of the Proprietor in ensuring that REPACOL remains a center of academic excellence and Christian witness.

The visit concluded with prayers and the Bishop’s blessing upon the Executive members, of Regina Pacis College, Mutengene.
