The Bishop’s visit was designed to take stock of the community’s growth within the parish, lend a listening ear to their concerns, share in prayer, and offer reassurance of his ongoing guidance and support.

In his address to the Bishop, Mr. Simo Lontchi Appolinaire, the parish pastoral chairman for the Francophone Community, expressed profound gratitude for the Bishop’s unwavering support. He also underscored the community’s aspiration to emerge as an influential and independent parish within the Diocese, a desire the Bishop gave a sympathetic ear to and promised to grant their wish once the conditions necessary are achieved.
