For the third time in three years the Diocese of Kumbo has celebrated in style the Partnership with the Diocese of Limburg Germany. This year, on Wednesday 14 September 2022, the Celebration kicked start the Immaculate Conception Hill, Bishop’s house with the Prayer if the Stations of the Cross for Peace.
With the prevailing war damaging lives and property across Cameroon and with the impact felt world wide with the Ukraine-Russia war, Kumbo Diocese, in solidarity with Limburg Diocese prayed for peace in the world.
It started at 2:15p.m with the official opening y the Bishop, Mgr. George Nkuo, Bishop of Kumbo and led by Fr. Leonard Zifac, Partnership Coordinator for Kumbo Diocese. Many church Groups such as Women if the Exaltation of the Cross, CWA, St. Jude,Sacred Heart,Legion of Mary, as well as Diocesan Services and Christians from nearby parishes of Kumbo joined for the prayers. The population marked a total of 258.
