Professor Tita presented on the theme “Disrupt, Innovate, Create and Lead: The Entrepreneurial Mindset of Tomorrow,” urging both freshmen and sophomores to embrace moments of doubt and trial. He highlighted the irreplaceable value of hard work and the importance of valuing mentorship, encouraging them to see themselves as the architects of the future.
The academic ceremony also provided an opportunity for the President of CUIB to welcome the students and motivate them on their educational journey. “You are now part of a community that learns and grows together. You’ve come to a place where you can bring your unique stories to become a better version of yourself. Here, we value creativity and character. Welcome home,” the President stated, urging freshmen to engage fully and acquire the knowledge and values that led them to CUIB.
