Thursday March 14th, 2024, 13 priests studying in different parts of the USA and others serving as Fidei Donum priests, met with their Bishop His Lordship Michael Bibi at the Our Lady of Consolation Parish in the Diocese of Charlotte to discuss issues related to their mission in America.

Convening for the very first time, this maiden gathering was an exciting one as it provided a platform for father and sons to commune together.
During the meeting the Chief Shepherd Michael Bibi, while saluting his priests and encouraging them in their studies and work, presented the state of affairs of the diocese, and called on them to collaborate always for the good of the Diocese.

On the other hand, the priests extended gratitude to their Bishop for such a fatherly visit and for all his support, and shared with him their various activities. They also expressed the desire to have many of such gatherings in the future.

Worthy to note is the fact that all priests of the diocese of Buea based in the USA were not in attendance due to their school schedules and distance.
