Participants were encouraged to share with others in love, and Bishop Michael Bibi noted that judgment will be based on the love Christians had for one another. He reminded Christians of the Four last things, which are death, judgment, heaven, and earth. He explained that the “believe in Everlasting life” as recited in the creeds connotes that after death, there is a particular judgment and that faithful have the possibility to enter heaven, purgatory or hell.
He further exalted Christians to pray for the souls of all the faithful departed and to live holy lives so that they may enjoy eternal blessedness. The Divine Mercy Co-Cathedral shall be dedicated on the 5th of January 2025, in the presence of the Bishops of Cameroon
