As the new academic year comes to a start, the Bishop of Buea and proprietor of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Buea, made his presence felt at the Catholic University Institute of Buea Entrepreneurial High School, (CUIB S&A) where the construction of new classrooms is ongoing.
Accompanied by the principal of CUIB S&A Rev. Fr. Paschal Siben and other priests of the Diocese, the Proprietor inspected the giant structure of this institution which aims to provide accommodation to the growing population of the school.
Funded by the Diocese of Buea, this structure would host students of the High school, the science laboratory and the IT laboratory. Each classroom would accommodate about 50, students, and will make way for a pleasant environment for teacher –student interactions and for effective teaching and learning .
According to the principal of CUIB S&A; Rev. Fr. Pascal Siben, the cost of the two-floor story building and furnishing with benches is estimated at 78 million Francs CFA.
This structure shall house students come 2024/2025 academic year.
