
Bishop Bibi Blesses New Anesthetic and Monitoring Machine at Mount Mary Hospital
Today, January 16th, 2026, the Bishop of Buea and Proprietor of Mount Mary Hospital paid a brief visit to the Catholic Hospital, Mount Mary, where he blessed a newly acquired anesthetic and patient monitoring machine.

Upon arrival, the Bishop was warmly received by the hospital management. Accompanied by Rev. Fr. Elumbat, Parish Priest of Buea Town Parish, the Bishop blessed the machine, praying that it may serve its noble purpose of helping doctors save lives.
The doctors informed the Bishop that the machine is fully functional and will greatly enhance their ability to provide quality medical care. They expressed gratitude for the continuous support toward improving healthcare delivery at the hospital.

The Bishop also used the brief visit to make a stop at the BEPHA and the Health Coordination Office of the Diocese of Buea.
