As the Holy Mother Church commemorated All Souls’ Day on November 2, 2026, Rev. Fr. Martin Njie Moka, Private Secretary to the Bishop of Buea, led a catechetical session at Saint Martin de Porres Parish, Bokwango, on the topic, “Praying for the Dead and Its Significance.” Standing in for the Chief Shepherd of the Diocese of Buea, His Lordship Michael Bibi, Rev. Fr. Martin enlightened the faithful on the Church’s understanding of death and the importance of remembering and praying for those who had departed this life.
