
Bishop Bibi Celebrates Pentecost Sunday with Anglophone African Catholic Community in Antwerp, Belgium
His Lordship Michael Bibi, Bishop of the Diocese of Buea, spent Pentecost Sunday with the Anglophone African Catholic Community in Antwerp, Belgium, where he celebrated the Holy Eucharist, prayed, and shared moments of communion with the faithful, while calling on the Holy Spirit to strengthen and guide them in their Christian journey.

On the occasion of this maiden pastoral visit to the Anglophone African Catholic Community in Antwerp, the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Callistus Uzoma, together with the faithful, expressed immense joy and gratitude in warmly welcoming the Chief Shepherd of Buea Diocese.

In their message of welcome, the community described the Bishop’s visit as “a great blessing and a moment of profound spiritual significance.”
“My Lord, your maiden visit to our community is a great blessing and a moment of profound spiritual significance for us. We are deeply honoured to receive the Chief Shepherd of the Diocese of Buea, a Diocese that remains very close to the hearts of many members of our community here in Antwerp,” they stated.

They also praised the Bishop for his humility, dedication, and committed pastoral leadership, especially during these challenging moments for the Church and the people of Cameroon.
