
REPAFIN PLC, after receiving its official authorization from COBAC and the ministry of finance (MINFI) on September 16th, 2025, to operate as a fully licensed microfinance institution, the management team of Regina Pacis Microfinance on Wednesday 8th of October 2025 met with His Lordship Bishop Michael Bibi, Bishop of the Diocese of Buea. The meeting, which took place in the conference room of the Bishop’s House in Small Soppo, Buea, served as a platform to review the microfinance’s progress, address key challenges, and discuss future directions under the guidance and vision of the Bishop.

REPAFIN SERVICE HEADS IN ATTENDANCE
The meeting, which brought together the Manager of REPAFIN Microfinance, Madam Joyce Eneke, the Diocesan Human Resource Officer, Fr. Augustine Anuchem, along with various heads of service from REPAFIN, focused on reviewing and restructuring the institution’s loan systems. Key objectives included setting annual financial targets, revising loan structures, and establishing clear guidelines for loan agreements between the institution and diocesan workers.
