Ahead of the 2024 National Congress of the World Apostolate of Fatima also known as Blue Army, representatives of the national executive on Thursday July 18, 2024 paid a cutesy visit to His Lordship Michael Bibi to update the local ordinary on preparations made so far ahead of the congress scheduled to run from July 24th to 27th, at St Anne’s High School in Limbe.
WAF meets with Bishop Bibi ahead of 2024 National congress
Representing the National President of WAF, Mr. Polycarp Nuvi Luma presented in details to the Bishop, the activities that would mark this event including seminars, prayers, adoration and a candle light procession just to note these few. He further highlighted that the congress shall be held under the theme “Praying For The Triumph Of The Immaculate Heart Of Mary For Peace In Cameroon And The World”.
Bishop Bibi gives his blessings to representatives ahead of congress
After listening to these executive members, the local ordinary of the diocese of Buea Bishop Michael Bibi, encouraged them in their works of evangelization in the diocese and the country as a whole especially as they look forward to their congress in the days ahead. While giving them his blessings, Bishop Michael Bibi called on these members to always ensure appropriate and timely planning for the success of all events.
The annual congress of WAF it was noted, gives members an opportunity to commune as one family and to take stock of their activities as they strive for the propagation of the message of our Lady of Fatima, in the country and the world.
