In a brief ceremony held today, June 19, 2024, at the Bishop’s House in Small Soppo, Buea, the Bishop of the Diocese of Buea, His Lordship Michael Bibi, was recognized for his selfless services to the church through a Lifetime Achievement Award for the Most Outstanding Torch Bearer in church infrastructural Development
Selected by a panel of 25 experts for his outstanding contributions to the growth of the church in the Diocese of Buea, the CEO of Lifetime Media Group, Mr. Tim Finnian, saluted the Chief Shepherd of the diocese for his tireless service in God’s vineyard.
To him, the works of the prelate don’t just put smiles on the faces of the Christians in his Diocese but significantly contribute to the growth of the church under his care.
“My Lord, we have seen you in boats and on okadas, making difficult journeys to war-torn places. Your visits put smiles on the faces of many Christians, and the work you continue to do in the Diocese of Buea is truly remarkable,’” he said.
Mr. Tim also informed the Bishop that the Lifetime Media Group has been in existence for 25 years and has a tradition of presenting Lifetime Achievement Awards to outstanding Cameroonians who have excelled exceptionally in various fields each year.
