As the need for more quality and professional education increases in a dynamic world, the Catholic University Institute of Buea; CUIB, is exploiting available resources and networks to ensure that its students graduate with fine skills to address national and global needs.
Within this framework, His Lordship Michael Bibi, Bishop of Buea, proprietor and Chancellor of CUIIB together with the President of CUIB Rev Fr. Bartholomew Anyanwu and other officials of the University visited administrators of the US Embassy in Yaounde Cameroon on March 7th, 2024 to discuss possible academic partnerships and exchange opportunities offered by the American Government.
Partnering with the US Embassy will go a long way to expose the students to a wider reality and will give them the opportunity of identifying and solving greater challenges.
The Catholic University Institute of Buea it should be noted, is an entrepreneurial university which has over the years, focused on training professional servant leaders with moral and spiritual values imbibed with abilities to address global concerns.
Records over the years have proven that graduates of this noble institution do not only create jobs for themselves, but provide opportunities for others to exercise their knowledge by creating jobs for them.
