Workers of Regina Pacis Micro Finance – REPAFIN PLC, have been praised for exhibiting transparency in the setting up of this financial house. These workers were applauded for their show of mastery and zero tolerance on fraud; a culture they affirmed has come to stay as the financial house plants its roots to serve the Diocese of Buea.
His Lordship Michael Bibi, Bishop of Buea and Board Chair of REPAFIN PLC, in a first meeting with workers on Wednesday October 18th at the Bishop’s House in Small Soppo, voiced satisfaction with the work achieved this far while calling on the team to do all what is required for REPAFIN to be a financial institution of admiration by its users. He emphasized the need for clear policies and procedures to be established to ease client’s service and also for REPAFIN to achieve expected results.
According to the general manager of REPAFIN; Mrs. Eneke Joyce, this financial institution has the good of the Diocese at heart and its workers will not relent until their thirst for excellence is achieved in all facets of their operation with key attention to a fraud free establishment.
The Board Chair: Bishop Michael Bibi urged the management of REPAFIN PLC to shun administrative bottlenecks and to ensure that workers use their talents in performing their duties as expected.
REPAFIN PLC at the moment has planted its tentacles in Buea and Limbe and will be extending to other areas as the need arise.
