
Bishops of Cameroon Reflected on Unity and Leadership at Annual Seminar in Kumba

On January 5th, the 49th Annual Seminar of the Bishops of Cameroon entered its third day in the Diocese of Kumba. The day began with inspiring morning prayers led by His Lordship Marcellin-Marie Ndabnyemb, Bishop of the Diocese of Batouri. Throughout the day, the Bishops engaged in a period of reflection at St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Kumba Mbeng. The seminar centered on the vital theme of “Communion and Collegiality,” underscoring the importance of unity and collective leadership within the Church.
During their time of recollection, the Bishops focused on the seminar’s theme, praying and meditating together on ways to enhance unity within the Church and strengthen their collective witness to Christ. The recollection served not only as a platform for spiritual growth but also emphasized the Bishops’ dedication to fostering a united Church that truly embodies the teachings of Christ.
